Robert, that's going to depend on what sort of home you want them to go to.
It's easy enough to give chickens away for free on craigslist or other classifieds sites. Just make sure you're up front about the condition of the birds, etc. However on websites like those once they're out of your hand they're not in your control anymore. If someone sent me a sick bird for example I would probably put it down and/or eat it and then keep the healthy ones.
There may be some farm animal rescues that could work with you in the area but that requires you researching what's nearby and contacting them. Where I live there's a number of college farms, farm parks and one humane society that all take in unwanted farm animals.
You could try asking on chicken groups on facebook or advertising them for rehoming on here.
Whatever you end up doing, make sure you're up front with the fact that one of the birds is unwell, your expectations for the chickens future home, etc. And recognize that sometimes you don't get to pick what happens to them after they leave you.
