Need advice

Hello, and welcome! Glad that you joined! I'm here in AZ. also. I agree with the other's about that sick one. Ask in the suggested thread about that one. If it's something that is contagious, it could spread to the rest of the flock, or to another flock if where you re-home them at has a flock already.
We have the “sick” one separate from the others. We are making sure she is warm, fed and hydrated. We think it might be mites so we’re dusting them for that. I hope she recovers. Our main goal is to home them with someone that knows more and provide better daily care. They aren’t very expensive to keep but any expense more is too much. Thank you for your advice and words of welcome.

Very sorry about your sick hen. A lot of experienced members here that can help. Hope you can find a really good home for the rest of your girls. If it’s mites be sure you not only dust the girls but also their coop and haul off their bedding so the mites don’t just find their way back in. Welcome to BYC

If it is mite's, then all of them are going to have to be treated for that. The coop, run, and if they have been free ranging will also have to be treated for the mite's. Any idea on what breed's that they are?
