Need advice

My first hen is about 1 yr old. We have 2 coops one closed and one withe chain link. We also have a very large fenced in area. My question is she has swollen area over where he ear is. We get her and the other hen we got at the same time, out every day for individual attention, so it wasn't there yesterday. Could a roo got to ruff, or should I worry

Do you have any pictures? Could she have some type of infection?

i'll take some tomorrow, it was getting to dark and I couldn't get a good one.
