need advice!

We have five chickens that are about 5 months old and they free range all around the backyard, but today i noticed that they really kept pecking at the white mushrooms growing in the grass. Are those mushrooms bad for them? Are they gonna get sick?

I wouldn't let them eat those mushrooms! I was always told they are poison but I can't say for 100% certainty. To be on the safe side I'd remove the mushrooms and not let them eat them any more. for the ones that did Peck them hopefully they didn't get enough of it to become ill. just keep an eye on them and don't let them eat any more of them to be safe. I hope this helps and wish you the best. Like I said I'm not 100% certain they are bad but I wouldn't chance it.

Thanks! That does help. I only saw one of then peck it once then I chased them away
