Need advice

First from home made incubator saw 15 eggs, 2 hatch, 1 survive. Now have a lone chick. 1 hen outside in the coop saw her first clutch of eggs come to a single chick that is now 2 weeks old. Questions, will being a single chick effect development? What should I do? Would the hen outside accept a chick 2 weeks younger than her own at this late a date? Please advise...
