Need advise-need to hatch turkey, chicken, bantam at same time!

I need to hatch turkeys, standard chickens, and bantam eggs together. I only have one incubator and this would be my first experience with hatching. Due to availability of the hatching eggs I'm getting I'll have to do it this way. I have a new Hovabator Genesis and I am not sure what turner I need to get. Can all three be done in the universal? Do I need a quail egg tray? Can trays be mixed and matched? Any advise on hatching such a range at once?

Not sure about the bantam eggs, but I put turkey eggs in a week before the chicken eggs so they all hatch at the same time, turkeys 28 days, chickens 21 I also have one incubator
