huh, I only needed a very little, but maybe it has to do with the size of the container, or the fact that I was culling an already imperfect bird.

Been doing some out of the box thinking and I’m wondering if using nitrous oxide would work. Dentists use it for sedation (laughing gas) and it’s available to buy for fresh whip cream dispensers. I’m going to do some research about that. Then I wouldn’t need to worry about getting a mixture of bs and vinegar wrong and the chick suffering while I did another batch.

Well, I was going to use the feather method. However, I was able to give all of the chicks away, so I didn’t have to worry about doing anything. Yay!

Except this only works on very few and specific crosses.
