Need answered ASAP...How fast do Welsummers mature?

I want to get Welsummers to show at a fair, but due to the delivery dates, I'd get them later than I'd like. So how fast do they mature? Slow or quickly? I'm getting Leghorns with them, so those mature pretty fast.
 
What do you mean by mature? Laying? Most welsummer will start laying by 5-7 months. It takes most breeds of chickens about 2 years to fully mature, even a leghorn.
 
A lot depends on the strain, but you could guess about average maturity rate with hatchery stock.

Yes, by mature I meant laying, but also in the fact that they "look" mature, fully grown waddles, combs, size, etc.

They should look mature by 6-7 months, but won't fill out totally for another year or so.
