Need Coop Builder Near Sacramento

My current coop needs replacing. Rats have tunneled all over underneath the run, so I'm wanting a cement foundation, and the coop itself is not well designed - small doors, no storage, and not enough ventilation. If you are a custom coop builder or could help with slab foundation and assembly of a pre-fab coop, please let me know! Located in Sacramento.

Then go to craigslist and find a contractor that does concrete and carpentry. Give them the parts list and build instructions included on the coops page.

If it’s that bad you likely have them trying to get into your home too, so I would get a pack of snap traps ASAP and knock down their numbers by actively setting/checking them every day. Use PB or a candy bar or dried fruit to attract them.

I’m in the region and can give advice but I’m not a pro who’s going to build for you. My advice would be to not use a concrete floor, it’s permanent, expensive, and not the best choice for chickens feet. Instead I’d buy a big roll of hardware cloth and use it everywhere. But try to address the rodent population first.
