Need dosage of Miconazole nitrate 1% lotion for Sour Crop

I have a very sick hen on her 5th day of sour crop. Just got some Miconazole nitrate 1% lotion but confused on the dosage. It's a lotion/liquid form so the articles I found don't show the milliliters needed per dosage. Can you let me know?
And how do I give her the liquid without aspirating?

Most people use the Monistat/miconazole cream which is 2% strength. So the lotion you have is half strength, but is probably okay to use. Some people also use the Monistat suppositories 1/3 at a time.
