Can anyone suggest whats going on here with our little hen?

We did.... clean, and other two roosters and two hens also clean.

Is it possible to not see mites or lice with naked eye?

It is for me..

I hardly ever see them. I would use ivermectin just to be safe....throw away the eggs for a couple weeks. Also clean and change all bedding.

Most mites are invisible to the naked eye and don't actually live on the chickens--they live on the roosts and nesting boxes. I'd thoroughly clean the coop, just in case.

To keep from ingesting the Ivermectin yourself. Unless you have a pet tapeworm you are tired of having around...

Why do you suggest throwing eggs out?

Because ivermectin's an animal wormer, not really used on humans and it can get into the eggs. If you're sensitive, it could be a problem. (Personally, I'd probably eat them, but it's an off-label thing and here on BYC we try not to recommend off-label things.)
