Personally, I would phone this girls mother, or your grandmother, whoever you feel obligated toward, and start out with "Mom and I are very concerned about Meg..." Have dates and timelines handy. Don't go into the ultrasound thing unless it's brought up by others. Evidently a LOT of people in the family have stuck their heads in the sand on this matter for whatever reason(s). Whether it's a psychological cry for help or a scam attempt, the issue needs to be addressed. Yeah, crap will be stirred up, but that's better than sweeping it under the rug, cause then you have a big pile of stinky crap sitting there festering away... Good luck!

You are right Meg needs help from those people...Zahboo just asked for advice on how to get the help.
So I feel we should give good advice and not "NPID" Zahboo for making up a false name and asking people for their advice on how to handle this situation.
Its still personal because we dont know who "MEG" is!
If nothing changes then nothing changes..please get her the help needed!
