Need guardian but not LGD.

To keep peace with neighbors I need a chicken guardian that doesn’t bark all night.
I know that is part of the LGD job description but not good for keeping neighbors friendly.
I’m planning on moving flock of 23 out to rotate with electric fencing on my 2 acres and I often work away from home during the day. We have a fairly significant predator complement here...pretty much everything except cougar and wolf.
I have an alarm goose but he can’t stop a determined coyote or bobcat or bear.
Ideas?

A donkey will run off the wolves and cayotes but i don't think it would do much for the bear... I learned from my neighbor they have a natural aggression to dog like animals as defence

A predator, but I don’t support guns. I’m Canadian though, lol!
