Hello!

I am a kindergarten teacher in search of hatching eggs for my classroom. Is there anybody out there who has hatching eggs available in the Bay Area? I’m hoping to find homes for the baby chicks but would like the option to return them/give them to a farm when the school year is over. Thank you so much!

Welcome to BYC. Locate your state thread, and pose this request there. Good luck.

Hi there!
Are you in California?
Are you still looking for hatching eggs? I have serama hatching eggs, located near Lodi, CA, that I would be willing to donate. I'm not sure if that is too far for you?

When it comes to CA, please remember that LA County and Riverside County are under mandatory quarantine.
That means no eggs or birds move into, out of, or within those counties.

Right, scary place for poultry in CA atm :(
She did mention Walnut Creek, in California that would be Contra Costa County, near SF... that's about 6 hours from Riverside or LA, she should have eggs closer than that.
