What kind of chicken is this?

Is this a rooster or hen?

Both are hens, the first is either an Easter eggers or a blue Americana, the second is a barred rock.

The barred rock is around 9 months and the other one which I guess is Easter egger is unknown

Roosters are feathered differently than hens, roosters have saddle feather and hackle feathers, hens do not.
