Need help/advice :(

I’m candling I’m day 15, and we have a chick that’s still growing but the air sac isn’t on the big side of the egg, it’s on the side. Should I remove it and let it die? Will it be able to hatch still? It’s malpositioned I believe because it grew around the weird air sac.

If I let it hatch and it’s able, it will probably just end up being an assisted hatch & weak chick.

Not necessarily- chickendom is full of birds which hatched from eggs with poorly positioned air sacs. There are many threads on chicks which pipped on the skinny end of middle of the egg; some needed assistance but others didn't.

I'd let it percolate and see what brews.
