need help asap please

well today when i woke up my one month old silky was attacked by a 4 month old dog. i don't know what happened but my chicken has an air bubble on top of her leg under the wing. she cant sit and always looks like she is going to trow up because she keeps moving her neck in and out. what should i do?

I'm so sorry. It sounds like a punctured lung. If you have a needle and syringe on hand, you can insert it into the bubble without the plunger to see if air or fluid comes out. Once you drain it, watch to see if it blows up again. If it does, you have either internal bleeding or a punctured lung and the kindest thing to do is to cull the bird.

she can walk and everything is just that she cant sit. and the air bubble is really big is the size of a bottle cap
