Need Help ASAP Please!

I have 10 duck eggs in the bator and am supposed to go into lockdown at 3 pm today. Something came up and I have to leave in about an hour, which will be 2 hours before lockdown. I will be gone for at least 3 hours, maybe more.

Is it okay to start early or should I wait until I get back this evening?

I don't know what to do! This is my first time incubating. Everything is going great and I really, really don't want to mess it up!

Now or this evening, doesn't matter. Part of the reason it's 3 days is to catch any early pippers the day before or so. A couple hours won't make a difference.
