Need Help!!!ASAP

Hey there so I have had a pretty good hatch so far, but I am concerned as one of my quail have come out with a growth on their bum. Please help as I do not know what to do regarding this and if it will hurt the other babys or him. There was a little bit of blood but not much and a little bit of green stuff.

Your chick could have mushy chick a yolk sac infection. I would give this link a read and see if this is what symptoms your chick is displaying. https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/mushy-chick-disease-yolk-sack-infection-omphalitis. A little bit of green stuff is quite normal with some chicks it's normal egg waste the poop that has no where to go while they are in the shell. Good luck with your quail.

Unfortunately my little one passed away this afternoon after a full night of feeding water and food through a syringe.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately when we incubate them it is akin to making a crude "test tube baby" and they often suffer developmental issues that we don't always have control over.
