Need help baby not doing well

One of my babies I just got this am doesn't seem to be very well, kinda weak and laying kinda funny. What else could I do, I dipped their beaks in water with Quik Chik it's warm enough and they have med chick starter. I gave him a couple drops of the PolyviSol no iron vitamins and I'm going to give them some boiled egg yolk, is there Anything else,

What kind of chick is it? I would separate him and keep him warm and hopefully he will be ok. I did that with my little sick one and he came through. I read something about apple cider vinegar/ sugar water and also yogurt. If you type those in in the search you should get alot of posts. I hope this helps.

It's an EE, I just got them at 6:30 yesterday morning. It seems like two of them are acting not quite right! I am so worried about my babies, I don't know what else to do. Why separate?

yes, try to separate him and notice is behaviour.
