Need help dealing with neighbor& just need to vent!

The swing can be moved, but it won't be the same as the tree it is in makes it swing for like 30 feet! It is just the fact that they want to come so close! Everyone around here gives at least 5-10 feet with the property line to give the neighbors a buffer from the fence. She has the right, we aren't arguing that point, just was hoping for some buffer from the fence, just where our back yard falls!
we will move everything asap, and never intended to cross our line, we had the property lines drawn up before we even built, but they only put in 2 pins 668 feet apart, and it didn't appear to off the way it does.
We have no problems moving things, but it will be a task!
