My entire flock of hens are 2 years, 2 months old & I got them from MM

first is my alpha-hen Black Australorp Daphne-she hasn't laid in over a month, she was never a great layer. Most days she acts fine, bossing & bullying all the other girls, eating the most, singing the most & calling out alarms as needed. Her coloring is perfect, feathers & feet are perfect, eyes are bright, no external parasites, her breathing is perfect, no discharge from her nose or mouth. Today she has brown poop, practically liquid, no appetite at all, her crop feels totally empty. She is standing off by herself with her tail down or sleeping away from the other girls even while I'm serving eggs to them. There have been other days she seems like she doesn't feel good & then she'll be fine the next day. Yesterday we made a major change to the coop, including the location of the door & the addition of a new nest to accomodate or broody(her buddy)& the whole flock seems a little confused, could this be enough to make her seem ill?
What could be her problem?

Mimi my barred rock is a very large girl, also never one of my best layers. She hasn't squatted or laid in nearly a month, her comb is looking smaller but her coloring is good. I've examined her in everyway & she appears to be in perfect health.
What could be the cause of her complete hault in egg laying?

Olivia my red star lays an egg everyday no matter what, in the last few months her eggs have started to be wrinkly on the pointy end of the shell....is this an indicator of a reproductive problem starting? I know she'll "burn out" before my other girls but is there anything I should or could do about the wrinkles?

Genevieve the smaller one of my EEs, her eggs for the last few weeks maybe a month have lots of bumps of the outside of the shell, same color as the shell & her shells are very thin. Oyster shells are available free choice & the rest of the flock has strong shells. Is there a supplement I can give her to help with this? Is this a sign of a bigger problem?

So coincidentaly most of this seems to have started about a month ago, I have three other girls that are fine but do you think I'm having some sort of a problem that is causing these symptoms?
My girls have never been wormed, but I had their stool tested last summer & it came back clean.

Any answers or suggestions to some or all of my questions would be fantastic. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to keep my girls healthy.

I also wanted to say that I read all of the poultry disease & symptom pages & while my girls have some of the symptons they don't have the major ones that would connect it for me.

Doesn't sound like there IS a common thing...

Are there feathers lying around? Moulting's usually a time when the girls can stop laying...

Brown nasty poop can be normal...believe me, I have stains on my rug because the best place for Splort is under DH's chair.

Olivia's eggs can be normal for her age...Obelisk will be 5 in a couple of weeks and she's had a couple that have a wrinkle on the pointed end.

For Genevieve, you could give her a Tums...because of the calcium and put some Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother(the junk on the bottom) in her water.

SC-nobody is moulting right now.
I'll give Genny some tums, good thinking.

Here's a weird update, I went back out to check on Daphne & I picked her up to check her over again she wanted no part of being held which is totally unlike her, as she struggles to fly out of my arms I notice two of the other girls run up to the spot I just stepped away from & they are gobbling down fresh raw egg with no sign of a shell at all!!! I look at my jacket & there is no sign of egg, I pick Daphne back up & I don't see any egg near her vent.
Is it possible that she shot a shell-less egg out of her vent trying to get out of my arms?
There wasn't anyone else over there that could have laid it & I'm sure I would have noticed it!
Plus now an hour later Daphne is acting FINE, growling at everyone at the feed dish & running right up to me.
I'm totally perplexed, what's the deal if she's making aggs with no shells?

I'd give Daphne a Tums too.
Obelisk lays at least one or two soft eggs a month when she's laying...I give her Oyster Shell and Apple Cider Vinegar in her water. And that usually works.
The day after Penny died, Obelisk laid an egg at 7 one at 9 and a soft shelled one in the evening...
I'm thinking it's Henopause...
I think that Daphne probably was uncomfortable and didn't want to be held and then she got "that" sensation and plop out came the egg...That happened with Obelisk's soft one...And she had another one that she and Penny ate too...a couple of days before...
