Why do you think it is botulism? How old is hen? What are symptoms? Have you checked for impacted crop, runny poop, vent area(is it normal looking)feathers missing, skinny? Any other chickens showing any symptoms?

The hen's vent is fine but she is vary skinny. The other chickens act fine. She has runny poo because we gave her epsome salt. I think its botulism because she dosen't move, dosen't drink without force and she is always sleeping. She won't even wake up to eat if I don't wake her up.

Could be worms, have you wormed any of your chickens? You said she has been like this for a couple of days. Her being skinny tells me she has not been eating for awhile. Death is usually in approx 36 hours with botulism,if untreated. How old is she, have you introduced any new chickens to your flock? There are lots of medical issues that have the same symptoms as you are describing, but why do you think it is botulism? Has she had moldy food, rotting mouse, algae in water, etc.? How long have you been giving her epsom salt flush?

We worm our chickens monthly. We have had no other chickens sick and no new chickens. She is about a year old if a little older. Are other chickens are vary healthy:)
We keep clean pens and if it would be muldy food our other chickens would have it too. It has only been this chicken so far.

Check for impacted crop. Try and get some electrolytes into her,if she has not been drinking water, and you have been giving her epsom salt flush, she is dehydrated. Epsom salts dehydrate. First concern is getting fluids into her.
