Need help! difference with Brown Leghorn and Welsummers

So...I got myself into a pickle. I raise day old to 8 weeks old and sell them. I ended up getting Brown Leghorns and Welsummers and putting them together...now I can't tell the difference.

What age do White Leghorns develop white ear lobes? Any other way to tell them apart?

I want to keep HAPPY costumers!
Any help greatly appreciated!

Yes. Since I know how many I got of each that helps ...It seems there is a big size difference, so hopefully!

The Leghorns should have a lighter build and slightly larger combs.

I’ve never had any Welsummers but have had some brown leghorns and a bunch of white leghorns. I would think the brown leghorns would be a thinner sleeker build, and leghorns seem to feather out pretty fast especially their wings. Leghorns are also pretty fast and active even as small chicks.

Thank you for the replies. I was able to tell the size difference and spray painted the Leghorns feet so I won't get mixed up . I can try to get pictures...

They gave me all sorts of wrong breeds, kinda discouraging. especially that they are spoken for.
