Need help ducks

I have 6 ducks and one of them has messed up feet and has a hard time walking 4 of my mallards recently started attacking her she is raw and bleeding on her right side not sure what to do

Got her from tractor supply few weeks ago and seems to just be getting worse

Looks like a slipped tendon, how long has she been like this?

Little over a month we've had them and she came like this but her mobility has gotten worse latley

I don't mean to be the carrier of bad news, but given how old she is, and how long she has had it, It's probably permanent by now.
