Need Help - EE Pullet or Cockrell

My first EE and I was told it was a pullet. 8-9 weeks old but the tail is throwing me off. Please help!!!

Not certain that it is an EE, but right now nothing screams 'cockerel'.

Pretty sure that's not an EE but I agree,nothing is screaming cockerel right now.

What kind of chick do you think? I was told EE but I have never had them before so I just went with what I was told.

That could be an amercauna, but I am not 100% certain.
