Need Help Fast!!!!!

I just hatched off 2 bcm chicks. i got one now that is out of the egg but is kinda still on the chick. the white membrane thingy is dried to the chicks back for some reason. what can i do to get that off and save the chick? the chick is out of the egg but its still stuck to it. its almost stuck on it whole back

Don't know, can you gently crumble some of the shell way and let the rest fall off on its own?

I'd use some warm water to wet the membrane that's stuck and loosen it, gently peel it off, and then get the chick back under some heat (since you'll probably end up getting it pretty wet). It shouldn't be anything life-threatening.

Great idea, a nice warm bath and drying and pop him back under his nice warm lamp!
