Need help figuring out male or female?

My wife recently got 8-week old chickens, 3 definitely appear to be hens but the 4th she’s hoping isn’t a rooster since our town doesn’t allow them. Any thoughts?

Cockerel- too much comb development and red for that age to be a pullet.

Cockerel, I'm afraid. For comparison, here's a pic of my Light Brahma hen when she was a pullet of 8 weeks. Way, way less comb development and no redness in the face to speak of.
