Need help hatching shipped eggs

I am having some eggs shipped next wee and need advice. I've hatched eggs before but never had any luck with shipped eggs. I'm going to start with a new incubator and have the eggs on a rotator. What would be the best humidity inside the incubator? Should I let the eggs sit before putting them in?

let them sit in the incubator without turning them for a 24-36 hours. I never have great luck with shipped eggs. BUT I do get some to hatch or did when I used shipped eggs.
