Need help ...Hen with a gurgle sound any info will help

I have tried to do searched but to no good.I have a 13weeks old hen that Has a gurgle sound when she breath (eyes and beak are clear) eating and drinking fine but not sure what to do for the gurgle sound.

she has been out side for over 4 weeks now and none of the others have it.

you could try feeding her garlic which is a natural antibiotic properties

does she have scabs in her mouth or throat? Has she been wormad
