Need Help. Hen with an attitude!

I have a coop with 2 Easter egg chickens in it. They have run the roost for about 9 months by themselves. They were laying 2 eggs a day if not 3. Recently we added new chickens in different coops and after 3 months we introduced the new Americana rooster to them and let him into their coop. The girls kinda let him have it at first and then they were fine with him in there. But i have noticed that there has been a lack of laying by one of the hens. Will this continue due to the rooster's presents and i should remove him or will it get better with time?

The rooster shouldn't cause the hen to stop laying. Is the hen molting? It's not really the season, but molting can stop laying.Oh and I can see from your number of posts and where it says you joined in 5/2013 that you just joined so: Welcome To BYC

Sometimes the stress of a new flock mate especially a rooster can throw them off. And they are getting older and will slow down laying.
