need help identifying a new chick

We had gotten a straight run of chicks in and there is this one that we are not sure what it is. This chick is mostly black with some white spots but as it's feathers are beginning to come in, they are curled out. it started on the wings and now more are starting. He/she is the coolest little thing, but have no idea what kind it is. Any ideas?

Okay, I'm really new but it sounds like a frizzle (I think that's it?) - they're really pretty. The feathers curl out all over the body. How lucky! Where did you get your chicks from?

i don't have a picture yet but i can get one.

my daughter works at a store and they got a shipment in of straight runs so they picked out a few and he's the only one we got like that. he's really cool looking.
