Need help identifying breed and if male or female!!!

iv'e got a new chick on saturday & was told it was RIR it looks like your chick but when i read up on RIR it said they have yellow legs has yours got yellow legs cant tell from the photo my chick has same colourings but its legs arent yellow

What we think is the RIR, named "Red" (not very creative on my part) has yellow-ish legs, they look kind of dirty though but I don't think they are. I really hope ALL of these aren't roos!!!
