This is an Ameraucana Brown Red cock. The comment above is correct, the hens have black bodies with straw necks.

Just bought a bantam chick that looks just like this. Anyone have any idea what breed?

Actually she is a brown red Ameraucana. That is an accepted variety.

Here are a group of brown-red Ameraucanas as per the ABC. You have barred Plymouth Rock and a lovely mixed breed hen who may or may not lay a green egg.
