What color are the ear lobes?
They look White. If they are White they could be Dutch...

White earlobes, slate colored legs, bantam size makes me think Dutch or at least a Dutch mix... although Im not sure what color that hen would be. I have blue light brown and light brown Dutch bantams.. but I am not familiar with some of the other varieties. I dont believe OEG have slate colored legs and they shouldnt have white earlobes either as far as I know.
