That picture was when they were just a day old. They have lightened up a lot and look just like the picture of your duckling. Except for the one that I think is a gray and the other one that I guess is a Pastel. So I can safely assume I'm probably going to see some blue fawns I think LOL. I think I read somewhere that pastels will throw blue fawns and grays so I guess that's probably what I have. Who knows I guess I just wait for Them to get feathers. LOL

the one on the left is absolutely a pastel, the one in the back behind all the others if that is a baby hiding looks like a grey but it could be a blue fawn like all the others. as far as i can tell they all look like blue fawns. theres the elephant in the room that needs to be addressed though. when you breed 2 pure pastels, you only get pure pastels. to summarize, this is due to the blue dillusion gene. greys have none, blue fawns have one, and pastels have 2. if 2 pastels breed it has to be only pastels because the absense of blue is also a gene that they do not posses but is required for blue fawns and greys. so its probable that most if not all of those ducklings didnt come from the ducks you suspect. since u have pastels its possible a wild drake fertiled your hen and that would produce only blue fawns, then the pastel could be your drakes egg. i know im years latebut i figured id mention this jik u didnt know still. looks like you better watch out for wild drakes if u want pastels
