Need help identifying free chick from McMurray

Thank you. They look so different in real life and being new to chickens I just couldn't figure it out. Hoping now that it's a hen but probably isn't since the free chicks are usually boys. They also sent me a Polish with a deformed beak. He's looking more like a duck than a chicken. Again, Thank you for your help.
