I just tossed this wormy scat over the fence. It was still moist enough to smear up my collection device @ 9:15AM this morning. I never bother to close the run door so it doesn't have to be a climbing predator.

Potential predators are: Raccoon, Coyote, Javalina, Possum, Owl, Jaguarundi, Occelot(rare), rats too but these nodules of poo were approximately nickle to quarter sized. Also there was a thick white urea rich area on one of the nodules. Where this scat was found there is no overhead cover for a roosting bird as well.

Ft Squawks was not compromised at all, its why I never shut my run door. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

2nd picture looks like a turtle . Literally LOL
Its not from the chickens themselves ?
Not from my chicken I assess their poop and cecal poop frequently to monitor for signs of worms. Additionally mine are only 4 pounds per and this is on par with the biggest poop I have seen from them to date. Additionally, once I opened up the coop this morning they were all racing to the house to collect last nights bugs from the security lighting. There were no coop stragglers.

No scat fanatics yet?

I'll rule out avian as they were 3 equal quarter sized nuggets of poo, only the really runny one(bottom image) had a white crust to the lower aspect. There is no avian roost available over that location in the run. I am honestly willing to rule out coyote as well as their scat looks completely different. Usually long fibrous with berry inclusions and not nuggetized.

Edit--Absolutely positively 100% certain this is NOT chicken poop they don't drop McNuggets they make piles.
