Considering they are 6 months old, do they lay eggs, yet? I can definitely see saddle feathers on the last one, but I can't really on the others.
 
This is funny, with all the different answers. I`m gonna say that #3 is your rooster and the rest pullets, with the last 3 being almost at point of lay. But of course, the last 3 have pointy hackles, so they could also be cockerals. Time will tell........Pop

First one is probably a pullet. The rest of them appear to have pointy fathers on their necks and backs, which means rooster. Better photos of their sides will help to confirm.
