need help identifying these two chicks

    My guess is that they are both mixes. That is interesting that one foot has 5 toes and the other has 4 on that one chick. What ever they are, they are cute.

    Silkie mixes (even purebred silkies) don't always have five toes. I've had a couple purebred silkies who have 4 toes on one foot and 5 toes on the other. It is not uncommon, just the way genetics are carried. It can be passed on from generation to generation so I probably wouldn't keep them if you were planning on showing. Lovely chickens.
