Need help identifying this baby!!!

I just took in a chick that was brought into a wildlife rehab place. I need help identifying what type it is and also is it too early to sex? I cannot have a rooster in my city

It is a rooster, looks like some kind of game. Maybe a crele game... not totally sure

It looks like a mixed breed bird. Coloring sure pings my roo-dar, but it's early to be positive.
