#1 Porcelain D'uccle (foot feathers) or blue old english(clean feet), black tailed white japanese
#2 barred or black old english or asian black
#3 golden sebright
#4 Mille Fleur D'uccle

I didn't notice the leg fluff on #3 so I agree probly cochin, #4 has foot feathers so cant be a wyandotte. I'm thinking they came out of a mixed bantam tub hence my guesses of mostly bantam breeds.
