Need help IDing these babies

Hello BYC community! I need a bit of help identifying these babies. I found them dying in a parking lot. I’m pretty sure one of them is not going to make it because both of its eyes have been pecked out. But the other one seems to be doing a lot better after being cooled down and given water with electrolytes and a bit of food. To be honest, I’m not even sure if these are chickens. They are very different from any breed I have seen. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks in advance
