Need help IDing this AMS. *new pics on post 7.

So i got this little "it" from someone on here and we where unsure about the sex of it. I was hoping you all could help me out here. I know the quality of the pic is bad but who knows. "it" is all black with a shimmer of green and purple when the sun hits. Not brown like the pic. And comb is not that pink as it is in this pic.

My guess would be a cockerel.

I wish I could see more detailing in the feathers....But I think it's got a roo tail.......I am guessing. Roo.

I think it is a pullet 'cause of the small legs and comb.

I will get a better pic of it later today when i get home. Now if it is a cockerel then i have the demela of either rehoming him or keeping him and hope him and my other ams roo dont fight. This one is a lav split and i dont know if my roo is so it would be great if they become friends.
