Need help in creating rules and bylaws for a poultry club

Does anyone got a link that I can read what it consisted of? I am at a loss how the rules and bylaws come in place of a club.
 
I don't know Robin, but I'm subscribing to this thread because there's some of us out here in Oregon considering a new poultry club...

Well both of us can help out finding the answers to it LOL!

The only thing I could find was the Marans Club.......very informative but we really didnt need the Treasurer and trying to find responsibilities and position for everyone. There is alot more to it LOL!
