Need help in diagnosing/treating

My little silkie has had a cough/sneeze for over a month now. I started with metronidazole and that seemed to help at first. A few weeks later it started up again. I did a stronger dose of metronidazole and it didn't work, so then I tried doxycycline and that didn't work either. she doesn't have watery eyes or a runny nose, but she is wheezy and sneezing/coughing. I have bought and tried VetRx and that isn't helping either. When she breathes there is a loud popping sound, I can hear her in the other room. Someone mentioned a respiratory fungal infection, but is there any other treatments for that besides oxine? I could get it but it would take a while.

Can you look down her throat and see anything? If you treat her, try something for respiratory like Tylan. How often does she sneeze or cough?

Her throat is clear. Eyes and ears are clear too. She has been quiet for a while now, it's off and on. Sometimes it is worse than other times. I did give her some more VetRx though and she quiets down after I give it to her. Sometimes she keeps coughing and sneezing for a few minutes, then she might not do anything for a few hours.

How do I use Tylan?

Searching the forums, I see that some people actually give the Tylan 50 injectable orally? How much should I give a 1.5 lb pullet? and for how long?

It's 1ml per day in the breast (I use thigh) for 5 days. For a fullsize chicken. So I figure use 1/2 ml (cc).
