Need Help Installing Electronic Doorkeeper

Hello!

I am so excited, my Electronic Doorkeeper finally arrived this morning!! I can't wait to install it but I'm a little confused about what size 'hole' I should cut for the door?

I purchased there 12x15 door, do I cut the hole the same exact size as their door (12x15) or do I need to cut it a little smaller so the door covers the opening a little on each side? I just don't want to start cutting and screw it up!

My instinct says to cut it a little smaller to the automatic door overlaps the opening. Less drafts that way.
