Need Help My Dog Is Chasing After My Chickens!!

we have tried having her penned up,tied up before she looks so sad and depressed...we live on my parents land and there is alot,woods,fields so on she LOVES to run and play, and even chase deer or anything she can, yes she has killed small animals i found her with a beever or ground hog the other day. i hate it but she is a dog...i dont think i could stop her anyways i just dont want her to kill my chickens they have welded wire fencing and chicken wire to make sure no heads poke out so i hope that will do. UPDATE i got another eggs today it was warm so i left it so maybe the other hen would lay or so they would try to hatch it. she wasnt on top of it so idk if that means shes not broody. i'll go out in an hour to see whas going on.
