NEED HELP NOW Egg Hatching Incorrectly

Hi

Currently I have an egg hatching underneath my broody "Whitney". Unfortunately I think it is hatching the wrong way as it has made a small hole at the top of the egg.Do you think Ishould make a small hole on the side of the egg to help maybe? Thanks in advance!

I have recently just taken another look and the egg is now pipping again at the right place.

The Chick is exhausted though, and it only has opened its eyes a few times and it moves its legs a bit every now and again. So now all 12 of my chicks have hatched 100%.

I was wondering if I should handfeed the chick as it is not eating or drinking at all it hatched last night UK time around 7PM. I know you can feed chicks raw yolk. It must be good for them if thats what it absorbed in the egg. What do you think?
