NEED HELP NOW Egg Hatching Incorrectly

I've seen on here a few times people have said they get a baby chick interested in feed and water you have to dip their beaks into it.
 
Unfortunately this Chick is so weak it cannot even walk. And I have been feeding it raw Egg Yolk every 2-3 hours. with a bit of Sugary Water after that.
